A new path for healing and growth.

For some, traditional therapy alone doesn’t bring the relief they’re looking for. If you feel stuck in patterns that won’t shift—whether from treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, or deep emotional pain—KAT (Ketamine Assisted Therapy) may offer a way forward. Ketamine has been shown to create new neural pathways, interrupt unhelpful patterns, and provide a sense of relief or renewal.

Beyond symptom relief, KAT can also be a tool for personal growth and consciousness exploration, helping people reconnect with themselves in new and meaningful ways.

Ketamine Assisted Therapy

What to expect

KAT is a structured therapeutic process that includes:

  1. Preparation Sessions – Before your dosing session, we’ll set intentions, discuss expectations and fears, and explore how to create the most supportive environment for your journey.

  2. Dosing Session – You’ll come to my office for a 3-hour guided experience. The medicine experience varies—some people talk through it, while others turn inward. I will be there to hold space and support you throughout.

  3. Integration Sessions – Within 48 hours of your session, we’ll meet to process insights, emotions, and shifts from your experience, helping you integrate them into your daily life.

A Collaborative Approach

KAT is offered within the context of ongoing therapy with me, though I am open to working with the right candidates for KAT alone. I refer appropriate clients to a trusted prescriber for a full psychiatric evaluation and prescription.

A New Perspective

Many people describe their experience as peaceful and clarifying—like a deep reset that helps them reconnect to themselves in a way they hadn’t been able to before. Others find relief from persistent emotional pain, making life feel more manageable again.

If you’re curious about how KAT might support you, I invite you to reach out.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy can be a powerful option for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—especially those for whom traditional talk therapy or medication alone hasn’t offered lasting relief.

Who Can kat help?

I work with individuals who are:

🌀 Experiencing treatment-resistant depression – You've tried therapy, maybe medication, and you're doing all the "right" things, but still feel a sense of heaviness or despair that doesn’t lift.

🔄 Caught in unhelpful patterns – You feel like you’re circling the same issues in therapy or in life, and are curious about a different kind of access point—one that gets underneath the mental chatter.

💔 Healing from trauma or PTSD – Whether it’s a single event or a series of experiences that shaped you, trauma can disconnect us from ourselves. KAT can offer a gentle yet profound way to reconnect and heal.

🌿 Longing for relief from anxiety – If anxiety keeps you in a state of hypervigilance or worry, KAP can create space for nervous system relief and deeper self-compassion.

🧭 Searching for clarity or meaning – KAT isn't only for symptom relief. Some people are drawn to it as a doorway to insight, creativity, or a more authentic sense of self—especially during times of transition or identity exploration.

💫 Curious about consciousness and inner exploration – You might be feeling called toward personal or spiritual growth, or wanting to explore layers of yourself that are difficult to reach in everyday consciousness.

Whether you’re seeking relief, healing, or expansion, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy offers a unique container to support your journey.
