ABOUT ME

Hi there, I'm Emily. I'm a marriage and family therapist based in Sacramento, working with clients across California. I've always been drawn to people's stories—the experiences, relationships, and inner worlds that shape who they are. My passion is helping people reconnect with their true, authentic selves and find healing in the process.

My own journey of growth and healing led me to this work, and it’s a lifelong process for me. I believe that as a therapist, I can only help others know themselves as deeply as I know myself, which is why I remain committed to my own self-exploration and healing. 

Outside of therapy, I find joy in the simple things—sharing good food with friends and family, seeing live music, and getting lost in a new creative project. I love baking, trying my hand at different crafts, and spending time with my cats, who always keep life interesting.

MY APPROACH

I see therapy as a space—a container—for healing and growth. My approach is curious and collaborative, helping all parts of you come together into a more integrated, whole sense of self.

I offer a warm and attuned presence, creating room for the parts of you that may have been hurt by others or by larger systems. Together, we explore where you feel stuck and uncover new ways forward. Along the way, we may work with symbols, humor, and the deep wisdom of the body—gentle but powerful tools that can help bring clarity and transformation.

Many of the people I work with feel drawn to something deeper—whether it's spirituality, intuition, or a sense of inner knowing—but aren’t sure how to access it. In our work, we create space for those explorations, helping you reconnect with your own wisdom in a way that feels true to you.

I’m continually humbled by the resilience, compassion, and strength I witness in my clients every day. It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges and move toward greater self-understanding and wholeness.
